About the event
Obstacle Challenge Run and Family Day is an opportunity for all, big and small, casual or elite to experience Obstacle Racing at its finest.
The world-class facility of EDUPLEX sport will cater to everyone from 4 years old to adult elite courses, there will be a different course option for everyone to challenge themselves to their capacity.
Obstacle Racing is considered one of the most complete sports in the world, in terms of developing balanced physical and mental resilience.
Stepping out of your comfort zone in the most healthy and balanced way possible.
The day will be hosting a 3km and 100m Elite national race series
AS WELL AS - Family Fun DAY
Have a dedicated kids course for the little ones, and an intermediate course for those wanting to have a taste of what OCR is like. Then a 3km Course for those wanting to challenge themselves. This will be a timed event with podiums and prize-giving.
The respective courses will open at different times, allowing you to run as many laps as you can muster in the time allowed.
We will also allow entered athletes to attempt a longer/more challenging course for Free if they find their entered course too easy.
The day will end with a FREE open heat Family run. Where mom dad and everyone can run one 1km lap to finish off the day. This is always a highlight for all involved.

7:00 am - Registration and collecting bands. Band Collection open up to 9:00am
7:30 am - 7:45 am Track Walk
8:00 am - 3km Elite start
8:30 am - Kids Course Open
9:00 am - 1km and 3km Challenge Intermediate Course open
9:40 am - 100m Qualifying time's open
10:00 am - Semi finals runs 100m
10:15 am - Final Runs 100m
10:30 am - Family open Heat 1km Course.

Kids Course - OCR at EDUPLEX
This is a pass for participating on the kids course. This is the smallest course we offer for the day. Designed for the little ones. Ideal to have fun and get active. Ideal for age's 4 to 6/7 years. Kids will be allowed to run as many laps as possible for the time that their course is open. They also welcome to try the bigger course if this one seems to easy.

This is perfect curse for a entry level person, a challenging but fun course. You will be able to run as many laps as you wish in the time that this course is open. If this course is to easy for you, you are welcome to step up to the 3 km event as well. Its gonna be a blast. See you there.

This is the full version of the Obstacle Challenge at Eduplex. Taking you out of your comfort zone. This is also the most rewarding one. The aim of the game is to have fun while being active, You will be challenged in a fun and healthy way.

This is one of the comparative discipline's for the day. Timed, mandatory obstacle completion and no assistance on the course. Preliminary start time - 8:00am This discipline will have Podium placements. If you enter this race you will also be able to run the other courses on the day for FUN. Lets Race.

This is a competitive 100m OCR event. This event will be done in a knock out format. Each athlete will be able to run a Qualifying time. The fastest times will run a knock outs to a final time. This event has podium placements. Preliminary start time - 10:00am to 11:00am Lets RACE..!!
