21km Difficult. This is our second toughest trail which is a combination of all the loops. This hike gives you 16km on top of the mountain. Due to the high elevation, this trail is popular among trail runners and hikers training for multiple-day hikes. Named after the dwarf Euphorbia, Euphorbia schinzii. An indigenous plant which grows in crevices and hides from the sun and wind. The Euphorbia is armed with sharp spines and blooms yellow flowers in the spring.

PEGLERAE TRAIL (6.5 KM, 9KM) Rating: Moderate. Named after Aloe Peglerae. These plants flower in winter between June and August. This trail takes you to the top of the Magalies right on the border between the Gauteng and North West border.
